  11. I am looking for a Primary Rate Euro-ISDN PC-bus card which implements
  12. D-channel in such a way that a PC application can access Layer 2 or
  13. Layer 1 directly. I want to be able to apply my own network-side Layer
  14. 3 and Layer 2 stimuli to an attached terminal at the S or T reference
  15. points.
  16. Does anyone know of a card which permits this degree of flexibility?

  18. Alternatively I am looking for an ISDN Primary Rate protocol tester
  19. with  E1 CRC4 master interface, upon which test cases can be
  20. programmed in 'C', or can run DOS or UNIX executable files.
